Walk-In Clinic at the Health Center

Lower Lights Christian Health Center at 1160 W Broad St offers walk-in primary care clinics for established patients on both Fridays and Mondays, starting from 8:00 a.m. and running all day until capacity is reached. Appointments are available on a first-come basis starting at 8:00 am for single non-emergency health concerns only. Please bring photo ID and insurance cards with you. If you do not have insurance be prepared to pay a copay (maximum $60 unless you are on an approved sliding scale for discounted copay).
