The Patient Portal is a secure, confidential and easy-to-use tool that gives Lower Lights Health patients 24-hour access to their medical records and educational information. It uses the latest technology to deliver secure communication between patients and doctors.
By signing up at the front desk upon check-in/out and enrolling with the Patient Portal, you will be able to:
- View your medical information including chart notes and lab results
- Request appointments
- Request medication refills
- Ask medical questions
- View online statements/balances
- View lab results
