The Lower Lights Health Center is our main location, offering our full range of services. We are currently accepting new patients. Call today to schedule your appointment! We also offer Primary Care Walk-In Clinics for established patients on Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.

The main entrance is located on Yale Avenue. All patients and visitors may park in the lot directly across the street or on Yale Avenue. Handicap parking is available near the main entrance. All transportation service vehicles may pick up and drop off patients and visitors at the main entrance.
