Meet our Senior Management Team
Lower Lights Christian Health Center (LLCHC) was founded in 2002 by Dr. Dana Vallangeon, and is managed by a dedicated team of professionals with extensive experience in health care, business and nonprofit management. The senior leadership team is dedicated to a standard of excellence, enhancing the patient experience, accountability and our nine core values. LLCHC’s senior management team brings decades of experience and thoughtful leadership that guide the organization’s direction to fulfill our mission to minister the love of Christ as a full-service medical home. This team oversees the overall management of all LLCHC initiatives, sites, programs and staff.

Aaron Chelikowsky
Aaron Chelikowsky, MDiv, MBA, joined LLCHC as the Chief Operations Officer in 2019. Aaron brings over 15 years of healthcare administration experience to his role, in addition to being an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene. He will be providing oversight of LLCHC’s clinical and administrative operations across their several locations around central Ohio.
Prior to joining LLCHC, Aaron’s leadership roles included being a Physician Practice Administrator for OhioHealth, a Clinical Project Manager with Mount Carmel, and a Pastor with the South-Central District of the Church of the Nazarene. He brings his focus as a servant leader to each position he’s had and enjoys the challenges of helping both businesses and T people grow to realize their full potential.
Being a father of five children, Aaron’s hobbies generally consist of whatever extracurriculars his children are participating in. Otherwise, he enjoys coaching, teaching, and finding new adventures whenever possible.

Tracy Cloud
Tracy Cloud has been named the new CEO of Lower Lights Christian Health Center after serving as interim CEO since April. She joined LLCHC in September 2017 and brings two decades of experience in healthcare policy and operations to include executive leadership roles in both the Government and Corporate sectors. As interim CEO, she has oversight of Human Resources, Quality, Finance and Operations at LLCHC. She is passionate about patient experience and the delivery of efficient, high-quality care at LLCHC.
Prior to joining LLCHC, Tracy held the role of Vice President of Operations at a Medicaid Managed Care Plan for five years, as well as serving as Assistant Deputy Director at the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. Mrs. Cloud earned her Bachelors degree from Miami University and a Master of Public Administration Degree from The Ohio State University. Tracy is an active member of United Church of Christ and serves as Board Chair of Community for New Direction. In her free time, Tracy enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her husband and four children.

Melodie Gee
With more than 23 years of experience in statistics, quality and process control, Melodie Gee joined LLCHC in 2012. As chief quality officer, she leads the Quality Department charged with process improvement and reporting, including Patient Centered Medical Home, meaningful use, Uniform Data System reporting of clinical measures to the Health Resources and Services Administration, care coordination, and specialist referrals. The Quality Department supports the organization by ensuring that LLCHC is performing critical processes and providing preventative and quality care to our patients, especially those with chronic illnesses.
Prior to joining LLCHC, she worked in the Optical Media Manufacturing and Supply Chains Solutions industries, holding senior management positions in Quality and Operations for 18 years. Melodie earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration from The Ohio State University with a focus on marketing, logistics, statistics and industrial engineering.
She is an active member of Bethel Presbyterian Church where she has served on the board and numerous committees for more than 10 years. In her free time, Melodie enjoys traveling, designing needlework patterns, and spending time with her husband and two children.
