The original pharmacy location in the patient check-in area is undergoing renovation over the next couple of months to better serve our patients.

Pharmacy Discount Program
Patients who qualify for a sliding fee through the Pharmacy Discount Program may now fill their prescriptions at select retail pharmacies for as low as $10 a prescription.
Patients with incomes at or below 200% of the federal poverty level are able to get discounted medications when they apply for a sliding fee discount. They may then fill their prescriptions written by a Lower Lights Health provider using their LLCHC Pharmacy Discount Card at the Lower Lights Pharmacy or select retail pharmacies including nine Kroger stores and Dave’s Pharmacy in Marysville plus selected CVS locations. The program allows patients to obtain many prescription medications at pharmacy locations closest and most convenient to them.

There is a limited list of medications available at participating retail pharmacies. The medications on the list include the most difficult to obtain, and typically the most expensive medications. Some examples of covered medications are insulin and inhalers. Some medications outside of this formulary, such as common antibiotics, are often already available at discounted rates at retail pharmacies. If in doubt, ask your provider if your prescription is covered on the list available at participating retail pharmacies.
*Please note: Lower Lights Pharmacy always has the most medication options available at the lowest cost. Also, any medication substitutions are always easier at the Lower Lights pharmacy.

The card will bear a BIN and PCN number that will identify Lower Lights Health.
