Provider Change Notification

Dear Valued Patient,

We are writing to let you know that your current healthcare provider, Emily Mowry APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC, has transitioned from Lower Lights Health Center as of September 1, 2025. We are truly grateful for the excellent care and compassion she provided to our patients and wish her all the best in her future endeavors!

To ensure that your care continues without interruption, we are pleased to introduce your new provider, Amy Wargowsky, APRN, PMHNP-BC. Amy brings her own strengths and a shared commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. We’d like to share some information on Amy’s background and vision for patient care:

The Ohio State University, Master of Science in Nursing; Capital
University, Bachelor of Arts (Music and Sociology)

Awards/Certifications:
AANCC-certified Psychiatric Mental Heath Nurse Practitioner, APNA member

Professional Background:
I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with prior experience working in community mental health, as well as residential care settings for youth.

Personal Statement:
I am very excited to be joining the healthcare team at Lower Lights! As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, one of my goals is to help each of my patients feel supported, validated, empowered, and valued. I utilize a holistic approach to wellness to ultimately facilitate healing and create lasting change. I am honored to be a part of your mental health journey.
