As part of our comprehensive primary care services, Lower Lights Health is proud to offer medication-assisted substance use disorder services. This treatment is an intensive program combining medication and outpatient substance abuse services.
Our Substance Use Disorder treatments include:
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT): medications include Suboxone, Vivitrol, Sublocade and Zubsolv
- Outpatient substance abuse services
- Opioid addiction treatment
- Telehealth appointments
What to Expect
All treatment is patient-centered, where the patient is actively participating in their care and recovery. All visits are confidential and building the trust of each patient is the top priority of our providers.
An individualized treatment plan is developed for each patient. Treatment time varies and may include primary care, MH/SUD counseling, psychiatry, dental, optical, nutrition and relapse prevention.
