Lower Lights Cooper Road is located in the Vineyard Community Center. Patients and visitors may use the Vineyard Community Center parking lot. Handicap parking is available near the main entrance. All transportation service vehicles may pick up and drop off patients and visitors at the Community Center entrance which is on the South side of the building.
