Ann Schiele, PhD, RN, joined LLCHC as the chief strategy officer in 2014. Prior to joining LLCHC, Ann was the president and dean of Mount Carmel’s College of Nursing for 26 years. Committed to working with underserved populations, she joined LLCHC because of the outstanding quality of health care provided by the practice to families in Franklinton.
As chief strategy officer, Ann is responsible for strategic planning, community relations, grant writing, and seeking funding for LLCHC initiatives. She continues to be actively involved in the community through her affiliation with numerous boards and committees. Ann has received numerous awards and honors including the Columbus CEO Healthcare Lifetime Achievement Award, Local Legends in Nursing Award from The Ohio State University Health Sciences Library, and the Health Care Heroes Award. She was also given Mount Carmel College of Nursing’s President and Dean Emeritus Designation.
Ann and her husband David have three children and five grandchildren. She enjoys watching OSU football and basketball, golf, traveling and visiting the ocean. She lives by her personal philosophy to be open and honest and to do the best that she can in every situation.
