Vallangeon, Dana MD

Dr. Dana Vallangeon, MD has served as CEO since LLCHC’s inception in 2002. From an early age she felt called to medical missions and went to medical school with the sole purpose of providing health care to medically underserved persons in the United States. With God’s grace and support from the community,   Dr. Vallangeon created a nonprofit community health center with minimal resources that has grown to employ more than 130 staff, provide care for more than 15,000 patients, and sustain annual revenue of nearly $10 million.

A graduate of Olivet Nazarene University, Dr. Vallangeon received the Maggie Sloan Honors Award for Most Outstanding Woman Graduate. She graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State Medical School and completed her family practice residency at Mount Carmel, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Vallangeon is Board Certified in Family Practice and is passionate about teaching students and residents. She is also passionate about compassion, justice and making a difference by serving Christ.

Dr. Vallangeon and her husband Mike reside in Franklinton with their three children.
